These include helping property developers to futureproof new buildings, upgrading PFP systems within existing premises, and delivering asset inspections, audits and ongoing maintenance to ensure readiness, effectiveness and compliance at all times. To give a feel for our capabilities, here are some of the PFP projects we’ve delivered for companies around the UK... 
We provided passive fire stopping to all fire wall penetrations at an RNLI crew building, as well as a fire asset report on completion of the building. 
The University of Hull’s brand new £4.5m Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Modelling building required Passive Fire Protection to all fire wall penetrations and floor penetrations, as well as a fire asset report on completion of the building 
Budgens of Holt required Passive Fire Protection in the form of a fire curtain, fire walls and other fire stopping systems. 
A residential care facility in Henley Road, Coventry required both intumescent and encasement fire solutions installed to the structural steel of the building. 
We installed a jumbo stud partition wall with a fire board and protection head detailing to premises at Capitol Park in Barnsley.
